Shipping policy

For your convenience, Dope Exotics provides Free Tracking with every order. Historically, most of our orders have been delivered within a 3-7 day window, however, these timelines can be affected greatly by weather, seasonality, and other unforeseen issues.

Due to the many factors outside of our control, Dope Exotics cannot and does not imply guaranteed delivery dates under any circumstances. Dope Exotics will not issue refunds based on late deliveries by USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carriers.

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier transfers to the buyer and therefore any issues related to lost, held, or damaged packages must be handled by the buyer. We are more than happy to work with you to provide any information you may need when filing your report with the carrier.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Dope Exotics is not responsible for mis-delivered or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase. For packages returned to DopeExotics, customers must contact Info@dopeexotics.com to request a refund (minus any shipping costs) or request an invoice to pay for reshipping to the correct address.

We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.

We are not responsible for weather related damage or delays. This includes perishable goods that can melt such as chocolate. Purchasing perishable goods from our shop is at your discretion. We will not refund or replace items that have melted or otherwise altered their state as a result of extreme heat or cold.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.
